Matt is a seasoned clinician and manager in the field of community mental health.   His experience includes group home residential care; individual and family therapy; case management services, crisis mental health/inpatient care, and administration.   He is a graduate of UC, Santa Barbara with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and UC, Berkeley with a Master of Social Welfare.

Tiffany's passion in working with the mentally- ill population stemmed from her clerical experience in a non-profit mental health clinic in 1991.   Her professional experience includes working in residential treatment program, mental health rehabilitation center, acute inpatient psychiatric unit, state hospital forensic mental health services, outpatient psychiatric clinic, skill nursing facilities and residential care facilities.   She has special interests in working with clients with anxiety disorder and forensic mental health population, and has received training on Cognitive Behavior Therapy.   Tiffany also enjoys the role of a clinical supervisor and consultant.   She received her bachelors degree in Clinical Psychology from San Francisco State University and Master of Social Work from CSU, Sacramento.   Tiffany is a bilingual and bicultural Chinese American.   She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Mike is a seasoned care provider and instructor in the field of mental health care provision.   He has combined 15+ years of experience as a Residential Counselor, Resident Care Coordinator, Assistant Program Director, Pro ACT instructor and currently a Director of Education for a local mental health facility.   He has been a member of different State committees/special task forces for the State Department of Mental Health.   Mike received his degree in Human Services from American River College.
